SOURCING
Texstyle Source is a well-known garments manufacturing and sourcing company in Bangladesh. We are exported all type of cotton and Blended yarn mix textiles to all over the world. Last year we exported a huge quantity of goods to use blended fibers like polyester & viscose to our customers. We have strong sourcing team where they source fabric and other raw material from China. We are capable to do correct product source following customer demand within short notice.
SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
Texstyle Source follow global standard on product development stage. We have separate development teams. We develop products based on customer demand. The development team analyses every process of workmanship then prepares samples. We believe samples are a very important part of garments. Development team always focus on top correct Teck Pack, Measurement and all related embellishment.
EXPERT MERCHANDISING
We have an expert merchandise team. They are all textile graduates. Our merchandiser’s main responsibility is to receive tech packs from buyers and make costs as per TP and develop samples following deadline. Our merchandiser is the backbone of our overall supply chain. The merchandise team are monitoring production after receiving the order. The team actively works with customers directly till shipment. They monitor effective implementation of all activities and analyze risk management for merchandise. They make effective communication with vendors and customers and other related parties through mail and direct phone calls when necessary.
PRPDUCTION MONITORING
Texstyle Source used ERP to monitor real-time production monitoring. We can ensure our customers have a faster product delivery and quick response to the market. Our associated factories follow RFID production tracking system. It always helps them with atomizing production tracking and monitoring. All our nominated production units follow ERP in their operation. Based on RFID production monitoring system, factories can easily maintain their TNA plan, Process rejection identification, Operator Mapping, Real time Reports, Operator efficiency report, Line balancing analysis report & Other customized reports.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Texstyle Source have separate Quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) department to maintain product quality. Typically, QA activities and responsibilities cover all technical issues for garments. QA team actively ensure the best possible product or service to customers. QC team main aims to identify and fix defects; QC is focused on product quality also they are responsible for setting a guidelines to production people that are necessary to assure ultimate quality. QC team make production plans from the PP meeting and follow correct quality goods as per customer demand. Also, the QC team conduct regular training to the production people.
LOGISTIC SUPPORT
Texstyle Source have an expert team to take responsivity for your product. We are responsible for arranging delivery on time and monitoring your goods till reach the destination port and warehouse. We have a strong and dedicated team to monitor those activities. They are fully dedicated to keeping a smooth supply chain. They supervise all purchase orders and ensure on time a handover to shipping line as required. Out logistic team effectively maintain communication with Vendor – Customer – Forwarder
